The first item to determine when building a pool and /or spa is whether or not you have enough room on your property. You will need a survey or site plan, and also to know your set back requirements. The second step would be to meet with our sales/design department and discuss what you would like to build. They will provide you with a drawing and an estimate.
Once you have signed a contract, we will begin the permitting process. We will also call for an underground locate of your property. This will show us where your power, cable, telephone and gas lines are. If any of these items are in the area of construction they will need to be moved before construction can start. This is the homeowner’s responsibility.
After everything is out of the way and your permit has been issued we will put you on our construction schedule to begin work. All landscaping is required to be relocated by the homeowner or landscape company that you have chosen before work can proceed, unless other arrangements have been made
